APP訂餐叫外送「運費399」竟比餐點貴？
懶得出門又想要解決三餐，有很多人透過手機APP來訂速食、送到家。不過卻有民眾在摩斯漢堡的APP上訂餐卻碰到詭異狀況，上頭顯示如果消費在70元以下，運費要399元，運費比餐點還要貴也讓民眾懷疑系統出問題，不過業者經過測試，發現都沒有異常情況，不知道畫面到底從何而來。
民眾：「小姐，我要單點一杯咖啡。」
摩斯漢堡，到櫃台點餐得先花時間、排個隊。有民眾不想出門排隊，拿用手機APP點餐，卻出現這種畫面。仔細看怎麼有點怪怪的，手機提示外送金額不滿70元，要收399元運費，如果達到70元門檻就能免運費，運費逼近400元還比餐點貴，難道是系統故障嗎？
實際拿出手機測試看看，輸入外送地點再選餐點，下方小提示顯示未滿399元，要收70元運費。貼心提示點餐未滿399元而需加運費70元，但是網路流傳圖片卻剛好反過來。對此業者說初步測試系統正常，不清楚截圖從何而來。不過大趨勢來看，餐點外送越來越有市場。
民眾：「朋友或是親人來家裡才會訂，人比較多比較方便，就是懶得出門的時候或是下雨的時候，運費60元以內，有這麼便宜的運費，就是不要太貴。」
叫外送，運費也要精打細算。麥當勞歡樂送開放APP、網路、電話，運費統一35元。肯德基貴一點要70元，不過超過450元可以免運費。摩斯漢堡也是70元，免運費門檻399元。外送商機潛力大，運費高低門檻而成為另類「點餐」誘因。
